### **Acerca del puesto**

Buscamos un **Capitán de Yate** con experiencia para dirigir las operaciones de una flota privada de yates de 85 a 100 pies. Este es un programa familiar con armadores experimentados que valoran la profesionalidad, la seguridad y un servicio excepcional. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida trayectoria marítima, habilidades de liderazgo demostradas y un compromiso con el mantenimiento de los más altos estándares de operación de la embarcación.

### **Responsabilidades clave**

* Comandar y navegar los yates en la región atlántica, garantizando viajes seguros y eficientes.

* Supervisar todos los aspectos de la gestión de la embarcación, incluyendo la coordinación de la tripulación, los programas de mantenimiento y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones marítimas.

* Mantener registros detallados de los viajes, las inspecciones y las actividades de mantenimiento.

* Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad y los procedimientos de emergencia.

* Coordinar con los propietarios y sus familiares para brindar una experiencia a bordo de primera clase.

* Supervisar las operaciones de aprovisionamiento, abastecimiento de combustible y atraque.

* Gestionar los presupuestos de mantenimiento, reparaciones y gastos operativos.

### **Requisitos Obligatorios**

* **Licencia de Patrón de Embarcaciones de 100-150 GT** (vigente y sin infracciones).

* Mínimo de **5 años de experiencia** como capitán de yate o en un puesto de liderazgo similar.

* Sólidos conocimientos de **sistemas de navegación, motores marinos y normativa de seguridad**.

* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.

* Disponibilidad para residir a bordo cuando no se encuentre en puerto base.

* Graduado de una **Academia Naval** o con experiencia previa en **servicio militar**.

* Experiencia en **rutas de crucero del Atlántico** y programas de yates privados.

* Familiaridad con la **gestión de tripulaciones y los estándares de servicio de lujo**.

* Se requiere una verificación completa de antecedentes y una prueba de detección de drogas.

* Se deben proporcionar excelentes referencias de propietarios de yates o empleadores anteriores.
