Den unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen begegnet Logistic Solutions mit Expertise und sorgt für operative Entlastung, effektive Nutzung der vorhandenen Assets sowie regelkonforme Vorgehensweisen.

Logistic Solutions kümmert sich um Güter und Sendungen, die aufs Areal kommen, hier gelagert und verteilt werden oder den Standort verlassen.

Als Logistics \& Warehouse Compliance Specialist stellst du die Einhaltung aller GxP\-Compliance Anforderungen im Bereich von Logistic Solutions in Basel und Kaiseraugst sicher. Hierzu gehören neben den Logistikprozessen am Standort Basel und Kaiseraugst auch die Sicherstellung der Compliance Anforderungen an das globale Wirkstofflager in Basel sowie die Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes im GxP\-Umfeld. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Qualitätsfunktionen bildest Du die Schnittstelle zu den Business Funktionen sowie unseren Kunden und Partnern.

Du bist eine positiv denkende, integre und selbstreflektierende Persönlichkeit mit starken Team\-Fähigkeiten. In diesem Sinne bringst Du eine offene und kollaborative Einstellung und Denkweise mit, die es für die erfolgreiche Arbeit in Deinem Team und bereichsübergreifend benötigt. Du vertraust Dir und anderen, übernimmst Verantwortung und lebst eine offene Speak\-Up\- und Fehlerkultur. Deine lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung und "Can\-Do Einstellung" bestimmen dein tägliches Handeln.

Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im GxP Bereich, bevorzugt im Bereich der Pharmabranche oder Pharmalogistik sowie über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe. Du erkennst Zusammenhänge und bist belastbar und besitzt ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Teamfähigkeit.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche: • Eigenverantwortliches Auslesen von Transport\-Temperaturdaten vom Wareneingang und Kontrolle von Checklisten auf korrektes Ausfüllen

  • Überprüfung jeglicher Wareneingänge auf die vorgegebene Transporttemperatur
  • Unterstützung der Business Circles von Logistic Solutions in sämtlichen GxP Fragestellungen
  • Übernahme der Ownerschaft bzw. der Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes in Veeva
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen

Must Haves: • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor\-/Master Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der Pharmabranche oder Pharmalogistik * Idealerweise 3\-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im GMP / GDP Bereich * Erfahrung im GxP Abweichungs\- und Change\-Management * Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von GxP Dokumenten * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1\) und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2\) in Wort und Schrift * Hohes Mass an strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsweise einhergehend mit hoher Kundenorientierung sowie ein professioneller und proaktiver Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern * Ausgezeichnete Team\- und Sozialkompetenz sowie eine teamorientierte Denkweise * Hohes Mass an Proaktivität und Eigenverantwortung in einem offenen und kollaborativen Umfeld
