Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

missions 🛠

  • Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test strategies.
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites to ensure high software quality and reliability.
  • Perform manual functional testing to validate business processes, system integrations, and end-user workflows.
  • Plan and execute non-functional testing activities, including performance, scalability, and system validation.
  • Validate new features, enhancements, and system changes to ensure they meet business expectations and quality standards.
  • Identify, document, analyze, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution with development teams.
  • Integrate testing activities into the software delivery lifecycle and support continuous quality practices and CI/CD-driven testing.
  • Participate in test planning, test execution, release validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, QA standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Evaluate and promote innovative approaches, tools, and technologies in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Advocate best practices in quality engineering and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.

your profile 👀

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual functional testing, test automation, and non-functional testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca (low-code test automation).
  • Good knowledge of Robot Framework.
  • Experience with NeoLoad for performance and load testing.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including Test Plans, test management, defect tracking, and CI/CD-driven testing practices.
  • Familiarity with modern testing and AI-powered tools, such as Playwright and similar solutions.
  • Proven experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise business systems.
  • Experience testing ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and Infor M3, as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Ability to analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios, test cases, and automated test coverage.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.
