Junior system engineer (80\-100% de suite ou date à convenir) ---------------------------------------------------------------

Tes missions :

  • Assurer le support informatique de niveau 2 en français et en allemand (prise en charge, diagnostic et résolution des demandes et incidents des clients, à distance et sur site)
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, périphériques et équipements réseau, à distance et sur site
  • Assurer la supervision des infrastructures clients, le contrôle des sauvegardes et les opérations de maintenance
  • Participer à des projets de déploiement et de migration informatique
  • Maintenir la documentation technique à jour et respecter les procédures en vigueur
  • Suivre des formations et assurer une veille technologique afin de développer tes compétences techniques

Ton profil :

  • CFC d’informaticien/ne en exploitation et infrastructure TIC ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Permis de conduire (catégorie B) valable
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue
  • Connaissances de base dans les technologies et environnements suivants : Windows 11, Windows server, Microsoft 365, réseaux (Switch et Access point), firewall, sauvegardes, téléphonie IP
  • Sens du service, orientation client et aisance relationnelle
  • Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Sens des priorités, approche rigoureuse et méthodique
  • Esprit de collaboration et aptitude à travailler en équipe
  • Vif intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et motivation à développer tes compétences
  • Des connaissances dans les environnements techniques suivants constituent un atout : Microsoft Entra ID, Sophos firewall, cybersécurité, téléphonie 3CX. Tu ne maîtrises pas encore toutes ces technologies ? Aucun problème ! Ta motivation, ta curiosité et ton envie d'apprendre comptent autant que tes connaissances techniques.
