Für die laufende Pflege und Verwaltung unserer Produkt- und Materialstammdaten suchen wir eine kaufmännisch orientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und hoher Genauigkeit. 1 Sachbearbeiter:in Artikelanlage & Stammdatenpflege (w/m/d) Flexible Arbeitszeiten / Vollzeit / für sofortigen Eintritt

Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund sowie Wiedereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen.

Du arbeitest gerne genau, strukturiert und hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis?

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung und schätzt eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Dein Tätigkeitsumfeld:

* Anlage und Stammdatenpflege der Artikel in SAP (Texte, Merkmale, Kategorien, Logistikdaten)

* Aktualisierung und Qualitätskontrolle bestehender Datensätze

* Beschaffung von Produktbildern und Datenblättern

* Erstellen von Reports

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen - auch länderübergreifend

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, Lehre, o. ä.)

* Berufserfahrung in der Artikel-Stammdatenpflege, administrativen Bereich oder Einkauf

* Gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse (v.a. MS Excel-Anwendungskenntnisse)

* Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Logisches, vernetztes Denken
