Du wirst für Themen wie Compliance Intelligence, Model-Based Engineering und Custom Software Development akquirieren. Felder, in denen itemis seit über 20 Jahren tief verwurzelt ist. Unsere Einstellung: Einfach mal machen.

Standort: Dortmund

Hybrides Arbeiten mit regelmäßigen Team-Tagen

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst im Bachelor oder Master — BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar, mit echtem Interesse am Vertrieb
  • Du kommunizierst klar und professionell — auf Deutsch und auf Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Du bist auf LinkedIn aktiv und verstehst, wie die Plattform funktioniert — oder du willst es schnell lernen
  • Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert, denkst pragmatisch und willst Theorie in echte Vertriebserfolge ummünzen
  • Du bist verlässlich, strukturierst dich selbst und wartest nicht auf Anweisungen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead-Recherche mit dem LinkedIn Sales Navigator — du identifizierst eigenständig relevante Entscheider wie Systemarchitekten, IT- und R&D-Leiter und analysierst, wo ihre Herausforderungen liegen
  • Social Selling auf LinkedIn — du baust Netzwerke auf, interagierst strategisch mit der Community und sprichst potenzielle Kunden mit echtem Mehrwert an
  • KI-gestützte Akquise — du arbeitest mit unseren KI-Assistenzsystemen und setzt Ansprachen via LinkedIn, E-Mail und Telefon präzise auf
  • Eigenverantwortung ab Tag 1 — du strukturierst deinen Alltag selbst, pflegst Ergebnisse in HubSpot und qualifizierst vielversprechende Kontakte für unsere Sales Manager vor
