  • DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Preparation of account payments recons for accounts
  • Monthly maintenance of intercompany accounts
  • Preparation and processing of foreign payments
  • Monthly maintenance of Group credit cards
  • Reconciling accounts to supplier statements
  • Preparation of accounts for audit purposes
  • Direct communication with suppliers, always keeping them up to date with their accounts and project managers on their revenue.
  • Balancing and maintenance of recons and handling high volumes queries
  • Singing off payments sheets
  • Inter-company accounts
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • forecast & budgets
  • Invoice / Statement and credit note processing
  • Reconciliation of all ledgers
  • Cash up processing and reconciliations
  • Preparation and review Fixed asset register
  • Preparation and review of the payroll and the TAX thereof
  • Review of age analysis on a monthly basis
  • Inventory management and stock counts
  • Bookkeeping up to Trail balance
  • Creating Provisions and accruals on the accounting records
  • Preparing and processing wage accruals and on a monthly basis
