Job Overview

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, data integration, data modeling, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Candidates must have participated in at least 2–3 relevant SAP Datasphere and/or SAC implementation projects, with demonstrable hands-on expertise in both technologies.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data management and analytics solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Datasphere Implementation & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP Datasphere solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure and manage SAP Datasphere spaces, connections, and data models.
  • Develop analytical models, graphical views, SQL views, and data transformation logic.
  • Implement data integration pipelines using data flows, replication flows, and remote tables.
  • Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and relevant non-SAP systems.
  • Implement data governance, access controls, and security configurations.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance, scalability, and reliability.

2. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, analytical stories, and enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain SAC analytical models, calculations, KPIs, and visualizations.
  • Configure live and import data connections between SAC, SAP Datasphere, and other supported sources.
  • Translate business reporting requirements into effective analytics solutions.
  • Develop advanced calculations, filters, and drill-down reporting capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize SAC dashboards, reporting models, and data connections.
  • Support SAC planning and forecasting solutions where applicable.

3. Integration & Technical Delivery

  • Establish seamless integration between SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Work with SAP functional and technical teams to identify data sources and reporting requirements.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality, integration, and reporting issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution specifications, and knowledge-transfer materials.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, data architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct workshops to understand analytics, reporting, and data management requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for SAP Datasphere and SAC implementations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 relevant SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud project implementations.
  • Strong hands-on implementation experience in both SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Expertise in SAP Datasphere data modeling, data integration, transformations, and analytical models.
  • Proficiency in SAC dashboard development, stories, reporting, and visualization.
  • Experience establishing and managing integration between SAP Datasphere and SAC.
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and enterprise data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data transformation techniques.
  • Experience working across the complete SAP project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud certifications.
  • Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW Bridge, or SAP Data Intelligence.
  • Experience with SAC planning, forecasting, or advanced analytics.
  • Previous experience in enterprise-scale SAP transformation or analytics projects.
