Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Application Developer to join our team! As an Application Developer, you will primarily be responsible for extending or enhancing the functionality of purchased business applications, leveraging one or several development frameworks while adhering to the supported methodologies and best practices for the application. You will work both as part of the team and individually.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for administrating, analyzing, designing, programing, debugging, testing, and modifying software enhancements to meet stakeholders’ requirements. This includes but not limited to Salesforce, Gotransverse, ServicePath, and DocuSign CLM platforms. The right candidate will possess proven application development skills, with experience developing customized solutions within different commercial applications.

You are expected to be versatile, able to thrive in a dynamic environment and comfortable managing competing priorities. You can clearly and effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across organizations and up to the leadership team.

Most importantly, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining services used in application integrations
  • Designing integration solutions and documenting the design in accordance with best practices
  • Working with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
  • Understanding workflows, manage templates, playbook terms, clauses, and documents. Also, configuring editing workflows, creating, and editing custom reports
  • Responsible for centralized maintenance of all contracts, templates, clauses, and users
  • Creating timelines and development goals
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  • Writing documents and providing technical training if needed
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant field is required
  • 3-5 Years of professional application and software development experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hands on development and coding in language such as Python, C#, JSON, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS etc
  • Ability to understand commercial business processes and various customization pertaining to billing, CPQ, Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Deep understanding of core programming principles and have working knowledge of SDLC
  • Working knowledge of API integrations with enterprise systems, demonstrated experience writing Web Services, RESTFUL, or SOAP, as well as experience writing fault-tolerant code
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile development frameworks

  • Working knowledge of DocuSign CLM platform is a plus
  • Working knowledge of billing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a global environment
