Du baust dir ein Profil auf, das nur wenige haben: die Autorität, für technische Top-Führungskräfte zu schreiben, und das Geschick, sie im Gespräch für dich zu gewinnen. Ein Teil deiner Vergütung ist variabel und an die von dir entwickelten Leads gekoppelt. Dein Verdienst wächst also mit jedem Demo-Call, den unser Sales-Team annimmt.

Dein Daily Doing

Rund 60 % deiner Zeit fließen in die Lead-Entwicklung, 40 % in Content.

  • Inbound-Kontakte in Demo-Calls verwandeln: Du entwickelst Leads aus Gated Reports, Blog-Abos, Interviews und Event-Einladungen, bis sie bereit für Sales sind
  • Qualifizieren und ansprechen: Du entscheidest, wer eine persönliche Ansprache bekommt, und eröffnest jedes Gespräch per E-Mail, LinkedIn oder Telefon mit einem Insight, der zum R&D-Portfolio deines Gegenübers passt
  • Reports und Blogartikel schreiben: Du erstellst SEO- und GEO-optimierte Inhalte für R&D- und Innovationsverantwortliche und hältst bestehende Artikel und Reports aktuell
  • Nurture-Programme in HubSpot steuern: Du baust Sequenzen und Lead Scoring auf und behältst im Blick, welche Assets Pipeline erzeugen
  • Marketing und Sales verbinden: Du nimmst an Sales-Meetings teil, übergibst demo-reife Leads mit vollem Kontext und machst aus den Fragen von Interessenten neuen Content

Deine Kenntnisse

  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Einen klaren, souveränen Schreibstil für ein Fachpublikum
  • Souveränität in Gesprächen auf Senior-Entscheidungsebene und das Gespür, echte Kaufabsicht von bloßem Rauschen zu unterscheiden
  • Praxiserfahrung mit HubSpot oder einem vergleichbaren CRM sowie mit KI-Agenten, die deine Arbeit beschleunigen
  • Starkes Selbstmanagement zwischen Schreib-Deadlines und Lead-Follow-up, mit fest eingeplanter Zeit für beides
  • Ehrgeiz, positive Energie und Teamgeist, plus die Neugier, neue Ideen auszuprobieren
  • Bonus: Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld, in der Beratung oder in einem R&D-getriebenen Kontext. Auch Berufseinsteigende mit Biss sind herzlich willkommen
