ITP Live Experiences is seeking a creative and organised Events & Marketing Intern to support the planning and delivery of events, brand activations and live experiences. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in an events agency, from initial concept development through to on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concept development, researching creative ideas, event formats and audience engagement opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and mood boards for client briefs.
- Research venues, vendors and suppliers, gathering quotations and helping compare options.
- Assist with vendor coordination, following up on requirements, timelines and deliveries.
- Help maintain project schedules and event documentation.
- Support event setup and operations, helping ensure activities run smoothly.
- Assist with marketing materials, social media content and promotional activity for events.
- Monitor event, marketing and cultural trends to identify relevant ideas and opportunities.
- Help compile post-event reports, gathering attendance figures, engagement data, feedback and event imagery.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in events management, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in events, brand activations, marketing and live experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt in a busy agency environment.
- Comfortable working with suppliers, colleagues and on-site teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and AI tools.
- Experience with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.
This internship offers practical experience across the full event lifecycle, working alongside an experienced team to bring client concepts to life.
