About the Culture Division

The Culture Division within ITP Media Luxury Group represents a portfolio of influential, sophisticated, and globally respected media brands operating at the intersection of culture, creativity, and community.

The portfolio currently includes:

  • DAZED MENA
  • The New York Times Style Magazine: T MENA

Across digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms, the Culture Division connects brands with the people, ideas, and conversations shaping the cultural landscape of the region and the Middle East diaspora globally.

The division works closely with agencies, brands, creatives and cultural communities to develop commercially successful partnerships that are culturally relevant, creatively ambitious and strategically meaningful.

Role Overview

ITP Media Luxury Group is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially driven and culturally connected Group Key Account Manager to join its Culture Division, with primary responsibility for driving commercial partnerships for DAZED MENA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial instinct with a genuine passion for culture. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, energetic, and deeply engaged with the cultural landscape of the region, with a strong interest in areas such as art, music, fashion, literature, design, film, and emerging creative communities.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply sell media solutions but genuinely understands the cultural conversations shaping audiences today. Someone who knows what is happening across the region, is excited by new creative talent and ideas, and is comfortable engaging with artists, creators, cultural tastemakers, agencies and brands.

The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with key agency and brand partners, developing integrated and culturally relevant commercial solutions across content, video, social, print and experiential platforms.

This role would particularly suit someone currently working within a media, creative, content or cultural organisation who is looking to move to the publisher side while continuing to operate in a strategic, client-led and highly creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Delivery and Account Growth

  • Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of agency-led and direct client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key agencies, brands and commercial partners
  • Lead strategic and commercially focused conversations with clients, positioning DAZED MENA and the wider Culture Division as valuable long-term partners
  • Respond to client briefs with thoughtful, creative and commercially relevant proposals
  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities aligned with agency planning cycles, cultural moments and emerging market trends
  • Develop and sell integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print and experiential platforms
  • Lead the development and sale of branded content, video solutions, sponsorship opportunities and long-term editorial franchises
  • Translate client objectives and KPIs, including awareness, engagement, audience growth and cultural relevance, into effective commercial solutions
  • Culture and Market Understanding: Stay actively connected to the art, music, fashion, literature, design and wider creative landscape across the Middle East
  • Build relationships with relevant cultural communities, creators and tastemakers
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the Culture Division within the regional creative and commercial community

Collaboration and Campaign Delivery

  • Work closely with editorial, video, social, production and events teams to develop ambitious and effective commercial solutions
  • Partner closely with the Group Key Account Director to ensure client opportunities are strategically developed and successfully delivered
  • Ensure client briefs are met and, wherever possible, exceeded
  • Oversee campaigns from initial brief and proposal development through to execution and post-campaign reporting
  • Work collaboratively across teams while respecting and protecting the editorial integrity and cultural positioning of the brands

Presentation and Reporting

  • Develop high-quality, visually strong and commercially compelling presentations for agency and client audiences
  • Confidently present ideas, proposals and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Produce clear and accurate post-campaign reports, including performance insights, learnings and recommendations for future opportunities

Skills and Experience

Required Experience

  • Experience working within media, publishing, creative, content, cultural or marketing organisations, or in a role with significant agency exposure
  • Proven experience developing and selling branded content, video solutions, sponsorship opportunities and integrated campaigns
  • Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, fashion, FMCG or culturally relevant brands
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, video, print and experiential media
  • Experience developing commercially successful partnerships and managing senior client relationships

Core Skills

  • Strong commercial instinct and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships naturally and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of how culture, content and brands intersect
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn cultural insight into commercially viable ideas
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook), Design tools

Personal Attributes

The successful candidate will ideally be:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic and naturally curious
  • Genuinely passionate about art, music, literature, fashion, design, film and contemporary culture
  • Culturally connected and engaged with the creative scene across the Middle East
  • Someone who actively follows emerging artists, creators, movements and cultural conversations
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people and connecting communities
  • Commercially ambitious while understanding the importance of authenticity and cultural relevance
  • Confident, personable and comfortable representing the brands externally
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Creative and solutions-driven, with the ability to turn ideas into commercial opportunities
  • Collaborative and generous in their approach to working with colleagues and partners
  • Comfortable challenging conventional thinking and bringing fresh perspectives to the table
  • Passionate about the opportunity to help shape the future of culture and creativity in the region

Education and Language

  • Degree-educated or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Strong written and spoken English is essential
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support ad hoc commercial and strategic projects across the Culture Division as required
  • Identify and develop new opportunities that help raise the profile and commercial impact of the Culture Division
  • Represent ITP Media Group and its brands within relevant industry, cultural and creative communities
  • Support the development of new commercial products, partnerships and cultural initiatives
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by company directors

Why Join the Culture Division?

This is an opportunity to be part of something new and genuinely exciting within the regional media landscape.

  • Work with globally influential and culturally relevant brands including DAZED MENA and T MENA
  • Operate at the intersection of culture, creativity and commerce
  • Work closely with editorial, creative and commercial teams shaping cultural conversations across the region
  • Build meaningful, long-term partnerships rather than simply selling one-off campaigns
  • Develop ambitious content franchises, cultural initiatives and brand collaborations
  • Build relationships with some of the region's most exciting creative talent, cultural communities and commercial partners
  • Bring your own cultural curiosity, ideas and network into the role
  • Work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with genuine ownership and impact

We are looking for someone as excited about culture as they are about commercial success — someone who understands that the strongest partnerships happen when brands become a meaningful and authentic part of the conversations people genuinely care about.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
