Som LIA hos oss på IT-Total

Under LIA-perioden kommer du att få en gedigen introduktion till vår Service Desk-avdelning, där du får arbeta med spännande uppgifter som reflekterar verkligheten inom IT-support. Du får insyn i hur en supporttekniker arbetar och möjlighet att bekanta dig med några av de mest avancerade tjänster och produkter inom teknikens framkant.

Vi har som mål att du ska få fördjupa dig i både tekniken och våra arbetsprocesser, samtidigt som du lär dig om IT-Totals företagskultur. Du får lösa praktiska arbetsuppgifter inom ett tydligt ansvarsområde, med stöd från din handledare, för att rusta dig inför framtida utmaningar i din karriär. Vi ger dig kontinuerlig coachning och feedback för att säkerställa att du ständigt utvecklas.

Vi söker dig som drivs av teknik och service

Brinner du för IT-infrastruktur och vill bli bäst inom ditt område? Vi söker en initiativrik och engagerad person som är redo att ta nästa steg i karriären. Du är utåtriktad och ansvarstagande med ett starkt intresse för både teknik och kundservice, och har viljan att ständigt förbättras.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Studerar på Yrkeshögskola eller Högskola/Universitet inom IT-infrastruktur.
  • Ett starkt teknikintresse och en vilja att vara i framkant inom ditt område.
  • En öppen och driven personlighet med god kommunikationsförmåga.
  • Svenskt medborgarskap (på grund av säkerhetsklassade tjänster).

Meriterande kvalifikationer:

  • Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom service
  • Pågående studier inom IT-infrastruktur
