Unser breites Dienstleistungsangebot umfasst die Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaf­ten und Stockwerkei­gentum, den Verkauf und Kauf von Liegenschaften im Mandatsverhältnis, Erstvermietung, Schätzung sowie Bautreuhand.

Immobilien\-Buchhalter'in

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung zuhause, haben ein Flair für Zahlen und schätzen eine exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbe­sondere:

  • Führen der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum
  • Führen der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Liquiditätsplanung und Überwachung
  • Mahn\- und Betreibungswesen
  • Erstellen von \- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellen von Jahresabschlüssen und MwSt.\- Abrechnungen
  • Ansprechperson für Mieter und Eigentümer
  • Mithilfe bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen

Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) erfolgreich beendet und blicken auf einige Jahre fundierte Praxis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen sowie im Immobilienbereich zurück. Weiter kom­munizieren Sie stilsicher auf Deutsch und sind im Umgang mit MS\-Office und der Immobiliensoft­ware Rimo R5 (zwingend) versiert. Persönlich punkten Sie bei uns mit Ihrem Organisationstalent, einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität.

Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem kollegialen Arbeitsumfeld mit zeitge­mässen Anstellungsbedingungen und guten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
