  • Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van de richtlijnen binnen de verschillende verkooppunten.
  • Je begeleidt vestigingsverantwoordelijken bij het uitwerken van Lean-processen en Kaizen-verbeteringen.
  • Je stuurt zes vestigingsverantwoordelijken rechtstreeks aan en ondersteunt hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse werking van de verkooppunten kritisch op en formuleert concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je verzamelt inzichten uit de praktijk en koppelt die terug naar het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je denkt mee na over de commerciële werking, personeelsbezetting en structuur van de verkooppunten.
  • Je hebt de bevoegdheid om commerciële tegemoetkomingen toe te kennen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales-, HR- en POS-manager.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende of managementfunctie.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen de automotive sector.
  • Je beschikt over een achtergrond in management, marketing of business.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en combineert dit met een sterke commerciële drive.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en transparant.
  • Je hebt een coachende leiderschapsstijl en weet medewerkers te motiveren.
  • Je bent empathisch, luistervaardig en voelt snel aan wat klanten en medewerkers nodig hebben.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je durft ook onder druk onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je kunt goed werken met Excel en Power BI.
