  • Je maakt zelfstandig afspraken met klanten voor voertuigtransporten
  • Je zet klantafspraken om in een efficiënte transportplanning voor de eigen vloot van 17 vrachtwagens
  • Je plant ook transporten in voor externe onderaannemers
  • Je zorgt voor de tracking en opvolging van alle vrachtwagens
  • Je geeft terugkoppeling aan klanten over de status van hun transporten
  • Je beheert de administratie van documenten: vrachtbrieven, inschrijvingsdocumenten en sleutels
  • Je zorgt dat alle documenten correct worden verwerkt en beheerd
  • Je lost problemen proactief op en schakelt snel bij wijzigingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere afdelingen
  • Je streeft naar maximale efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid in de planning
  • Minimum diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO of TSO)
  • Hands-on mentaliteit die graag administratief en planmatig te werk gaat
  • Service- en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid
  • Vlotte en efficiënte organisator die zelfstandig en probleemoplossend denkt en handelt

  • Geografisch inzicht komt de efficiëntie zeker ten goede
