  • Je beheert en volgt de aankoopadministratie binnen grote projecten op.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert bestelbonnen, leveringen en facturatie.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van vorderingsstaten.
  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij hun administratieve taken.
  • Je structureert en bereidt projectdocumentatie voor.
  • Je stemt af met projectteams, aankoop, finance en leveranciers.
  • Je ondersteunt de rapportering en financiële opvolging van projecten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je helpt administratieve procedures uit te werken, te standaardiseren en te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt sterke ervaring met projectadministratie, aankoopadministratie en administratie voor technische projecten
  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector en kan je inleven in technische terminologie
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Frans/Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt goed samen met interne en externe partijen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en werkt vlot met ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met aankoopprocessen, facturatie of vorderingsstaten is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
