The posting

Voor een klant regio Komen, actief in de voedinssector, zijn wij op zoek naar een logistiek coördinator.

Als logistiek coördinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt tussen onze magazijnen en transporteurs.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten vlot, correct en op tijd bij klanten en externe magazijnen terechtkomt.

  • Plannen en opvolgen van transporten tussen het hoofdmagazijn, externe magazijnen en klanten in samenwerking met externe logistieke partners en transporteurs.
  • Zorgen dat transportdocumentatie (zoals douanedocumenten en portals) efficiënt en tijdig geregeld wordt.
  • Vertalen van geplande productiebehoeftes naar een efficiënte en tijdige afroepplanning van extern gestockeerde verpakkingen naar het hoofdmagazijn.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van de voorraadcapaciteit tussen hoofdmagazijn en externe magazijnen.
  • Initiëren van stocktellingen en het aanspreekpunt zijn voor externe logistieke partners.
  • Oog voor procesoptimalisatie binnen de logistieke processen.
  • Samenwerken met de directe collega die verantwoordelijk is voor interne logistiek en warehousing.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met collega’s van aankoop, logistiek, productieplanning en customer service.
  • Afstemmen met interne en externe partners om bij te dragen aan een sterke, toekomstgerichte supply chain.
  • Rapporteren aan de Supply Chain Process Manager.
  • Sterke achtergrond in logistiek of supply chain, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Combineren van hands-on werken met analytisch denken.
  • Energie krijgen van sterke analyses en heldere inzichten voor een vlotte doorstroom.
  • Bereidheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en de lead te nemen.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werken.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Basiskennis Engels is een plus voor contacten met transporteurs.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een extra troef, maar geen vereiste.
