Onze opdrachtgever is actief in metaalbewerking en de productie van technische onderdelen. In de werkplaats worden onderdelen voorbereid, samengesteld en gelast. Tekening, maatvoering en afwerking bepalen de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Je werkt samen met collega’s die het productieproces kennen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Werk jij graag vanaf een technische tekening en lever je graag een werkstuk af dat netjes klopt? Als samensteller-lasser maak je van losse metalen onderdelen een compleet werkstuk. Je controleert de passing, stelt onderdelen samen en voert het laswerk uit volgens de afgesproken methode. Tijdens het werk blijf je meten en kijken, zodat afwijkingen op tijd worden ontdekt.

• Technische tekeningen en werkopdrachten doornemen en de benodigde onderdelen controleren.

• Onderdelen voorbereiden en in de juiste positie samenstellen.

• Maatvoering, passing en haaksheid controleren vóór en tijdens het laswerk.

• Laswerkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens de afgesproken lasmethode en kwaliteitseisen.

• Werkstukken controleren op zichtbare afwijkingen en deze bespreekbaar maken.

• Onderdelen en lasverbindingen afwerken waar de opdracht daarom vraagt.

• Met collega’s afstemmen over de volgorde van werkzaamheden en eventuele knelpunten.

• Veilig omgaan met lasapparatuur, materialen en werkstukken en de werkplek netjes houden.

• Ervaring met samenstellen en lassen.

• Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en nauwkeurig meten.

• Je hebt aandacht voor maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking.

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en overleggen bij onduidelijkheden.
