Voor een internationale en stabiele organisatie zoeken we een ervaren Senior Credit Controller. In deze sleutelrol neem je de regie over het debiteurenbeheer en zorg je ervoor dat openstaande klantensaldi efficiënt en professioneel worden opgevolgd.

Je combineert analytisch inzicht met sterke communicatie en werkt nauw samen met klanten, interne afdelingen, management en juridische partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert het volledige debiteurenproces voor verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je volgt vervallen facturen, betalingsafspraken en openstaande posten nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert aging balansen en monitort KPI’s zoals DSO en DPO.
  • Je behandelt complexe dossiers, betwistingen, claims en juridische opvolging.
  • Je werkt samen met Finance, Operations, Legal en management.
  • Je verzorgt nettings, contra-offsets en de controle van betaallijsten.
  • Je volgt corporate accounts en aanvragen via de Debtor Tool op.
  • Je rapporteert helder, levert input voor provisies en afschrijvingen en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je werkt met systemen zoals Business Central/Navision en iController.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 10 jaar ervaring als Credit Controller, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Frans is een plus.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en Outlook.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent professioneel, flexibel en stressbestendig.
