Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Om een zo goed mogelijke service aan onze klanten te bieden:

  • Werk je meestal met 2 techniekers op 1 wagen, zodat de klant minder lang moet wachten;
  • werken we in een zeer nette werkplaats;
  • heb je als technieker vaak rechtstreeks contact met de klant;
  • werk je in een hecht team dat elkaar graag helpt.

Jouw technische vaardigheden:

  • JuniorOnderhoud / distributie / remmen / ... Verwisselen van banden/wielen Uitvoeren van kleine terugroepacties Aanbrengen van accessoires Belangstelling voor de elektrificatie van voertuigen
  • SeniorMechanisch grote werken (koppeling/ motor…) En/of complexe diagnose En/of werken aan elektrische/hybride voertuigen En/of specialisatie in bepaalde domeinen (airco, hydraulica, CNG…)

Jouw PC vaardigheden:

  • Bereid zijn de Volvo systemen te leren
  • Basis kennis E-mail
  • Gebruik van telefoon APPS (smartphone)
  • Kennis Office een plus (Excel)

Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden:

  • Taal NL en/of FR, ENG is een plus
  • Duidelijke communicator naar klant en collega’s (teamplayer)

Jouw overige must haves:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma autotechniek (van beroepsonderwijs tot Master) en hebt een Rijbewijs B
  • Je bent leergierig en bent niet bang van administratieve taken (want als technieker zal je het werk volledig zelf voorbereiden: werken plannen, onderdelen bestellen, feedback geven aan klanten, …)
  • Indien je kennis hebt van LEAN/5S is een leuke plus
