Aan de kassa ontmoet je de hele dag verschillende mensen. Een vertrouwd gezicht begroeten, een klant verder helpen of rustig het overzicht bewaren wanneer het drukker wordt: jouw aanpak maakt het verschil.

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen. Een glimlach en een persoonlijke aanpak zorgen ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt.
  • Aankopen correct afrekenen. Producten scannen en betalingen zorgvuldig verwerken, met aandacht voor een vlotte service.
  • Klanten verder helpen. Een praktische vraag beantwoorden of de juiste collega inschakelen wanneer extra advies nodig is.
  • De kassazone netjes houden. Een overzichtelijke, verzorgde werkplek maakt het aangenaam voor klanten én collega’s.
  • Samenwerken met het winkelteam. Goed afstemmen en elkaar ondersteunen, ook op drukkere momenten.
