Je gaat werken bij een internationaal energiebedrijf dat actief is in de ontwikkeling en exploitatie van energiecentrales en andere energieoplossingen. De locatie in Maasbracht maakt deel uit van de Nederlandse energieproductieactiviteiten.

Binnen de centrale wordt gewerkt met complexe technische installaties. Betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties staan centraal. Als Maintenancecoördinator lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Maintenancecoördinator E/MRA ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen jouw deel van de installatie. Je vormt de verbinding tussen de onderhoudsorganisatie, technische specialisten, uitvoerende medewerkers en externe onderhoudspartijen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden op het gebied van elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en automatisering;
  • voorbereiden, plannen en bewaken van onderhoudsactiviteiten;
  • zorgen voor een veilige, tijdige en efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden;
  • afstemmen van werkzaamheden met interne afdelingen en externe partijen;
  • bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en planning van onderhoud;
  • beoordelen van technische werkzaamheden en toezien op naleving van procedures;
  • bijdragen aan een optimale beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties;
  • signaleren van risico’s, knelpunten en afwijkingen;
  • zorgen voor een goede communicatie en verslaglegging rondom onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Je hebt een stevige technische basis en weet onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed te plannen en te organiseren. Je analyseert problemen zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief en werkt samen met collega’s aan een veilig en betrouwbaar functionerende installatie.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een afgeronde, relevante mbo-opleiding in besturingstechniek, DCS, elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en regeltechniek (I&C) of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met vijf tot acht jaar werkervaring;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met of affiniteit voor complexe automatiseringssystemen;
  • goede vaardigheden in plannen, organiseren en het analyseren van technische problemen;
  • kennis van onderhoudsbeheerprocessen en ervaring met SAP PM/MM;
  • een VCA-certificaat;
  • een certificaat Vakbekwaam Persoon (VP) of Werkverantwoordelijke (WV) volgens BEI HS/LS, NEN 3140 of NEN 3840, of de bereidheid om de bijbehorende opleiding te volgen.

Je communiceert helder, hebt overtuigingskracht en werkt resultaatgericht. Je bent kritisch, denkt actief mee en stelt veiligheid voorop.
