Onze opdrachtgever is een industriële technische dienstverlener. Deze functie richt zich op onderhoud en revisie van roterende apparatuur. Het werk vraagt om aandacht voor slijtage, nauwkeurige montage en een zorgvuldige beoordeling van onderdelen. Je hebt contact met collega’s en de verantwoordelijken voor de uitvoering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Jij wilt weten waarom een mechanisch onderdeel niet meer goed loopt. Als monteur mechanisch richt je je op het demonteren, inspecteren, reviseren en weer monteren van roterende apparatuur. Je beoordeelt de toestand van onderdelen en werkt zorgvuldig aan herstel. Een goede montage begint voor jou bij een duidelijke werkopdracht en eindigt met een gecontroleerd resultaat.

• Roterende apparatuur veilig demonteren en onderdelen ordelijk voorbereiden voor inspectie.

• Onderdelen controleren op slijtage, beschadiging en afwijkende maatvoering.

• Revisiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren en onderdelen herstellen of vervangen.

• Montage voorbereiden door onderdelen, gereedschappen en technische informatie te controleren.

• Apparatuur opnieuw samenstellen volgens de beschikbare voorschriften en werkinstructies.

• Passingen en montagekwaliteit controleren en afwijkingen bespreken.

• Na herstel de werking controleren binnen de opdracht en veiligheidsafspraken.

• Inspectiebevindingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden vastleggen en vervolgacties afstemmen.

• Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud en roterende apparatuur.

• Je kunt technische informatie gebruiken bij demontage, inspectie en montage.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat zorgvuldig om met onderdelen en meetgereedschappen.

• Je volgt veiligheidsafspraken en communiceert duidelijk over technische afwijkingen.
