Voor een moderne productieorganisatie in Midden-Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een PLC / E&I-specialist. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, analyseren en verbeteren van elektrotechnische installaties en besturingssystemen.

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren maintenance team en rapporteert aan de Teamleader Maintenance. De organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige kunststofschuimproducten voor onder meer de automotive-, medische en industriële sector.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als PLC / E&I-specialist zorg je ervoor dat elektrotechnische installaties, besturingssystemen en productievoorzieningen veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s en externe partners.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties, utiliteiten, gebouwen en terreinen;
  • controleren van installaties op werking, veiligheid en algemene onderhoudstoestand;
  • rapporteren van bevindingen en adviseren over benodigde verbeteringen;
  • lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische storingen;
  • werken aan regelaars, sensoren, besturingssystemen en overige E&I-installaties;
  • uitvoeren van metingen en controles aan elektrotechnische installaties;
  • begeleiden en afstemmen van werkzaamheden met externe partijen;
  • ondersteunen van technische projecten en modificaties;
  • geven van onderhoudstechnisch advies;
  • controleren en waar nodig aanpassen van as-builttekeningen en onderhoudslijsten;
  • bijdragen aan een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Je bent een praktische en oplossingsgerichte elektrotechnisch specialist. Je kunt storingen zelfstandig analyseren en verhelpen, maar werkt ook graag samen binnen een technisch team. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid staan bij jou centraal.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • mbo werk- en denkniveau en een diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek;
  • kennis van vermogenselektronica en besturingstechniek;
  • ervaring met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal;
  • ervaring met het uitvoeren van metingen aan technische installaties;
  • goede kennis van het lezen van elektrotechnische tekeningen;
  • ervaring met SAP, MS Office en relevante technische software;
  • een zelfstandige, praktische en probleemoplossende werkhouding;
  • de bereidheid om aanvullende, bedrijfsspecifieke opleidingen te volgen;
  • interesse in verdere ontwikkeling binnen het elektrotechnische vakgebied.
