Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in Rubberrecyclage en Metaalrecyclage.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Als allround werfleider ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse werking. Je combineert leidinggeven met praktisch meewerken en administratieve taken.
  • Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de verschillende teams.
  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf opvolgen en coördineren.
  • Medewerkers opleiden en begeleiden.
  • Zelf actief meewerken waar nodig.
  • De planning en organisatie mee in goede banen leiden.
  • Administratieve opvolging en verwerking.

Kortom: je bent een echte allrounder die weet van aanpakken en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
