Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als transportplanner zorg jij voor een gestroomlijnde planning en ben je de schakel tussen klanten & leveranciers, chauffeurs en interne collega’s.

· Je coördineert transportopdrachten en wijst deze toe aan onze chauffeurs of onderaannemers, met oog voor efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.

· Je stuurt de chauffeurs en onderaannemers aan om de transporten op tijd en volgens afspraak te laten verlopen.

· Je houdt de voortgang van de transporten scherp in de gaten en grijpt in bij problemen of last-minute wijzigingen.

· Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van het transport team en van andere afdelingen om een soepele logistieke operatie te waarborgen.

· Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie van transportopdrachten en houdt de gegevens up-to-date.

· Je neemt tevens de nodige administratieve taken en opvolging voor jouw rekening : facturatie, opleidingen, wagenpark, code 95, … .

· Jouw gedrevenheid en enthousiasme zijn jouw handelsmerk. Je bent ambitieus en wil vooruit.

· Je bent proactief en hands-on. Vastpakken en doen is jouw motto.

· Je bent een echte teamplayer en beschikt over sterke relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden.

· Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent stressbestendig.

· Je hebt geen 9to5 mentaliteit en je bent bereid om ook buiten je normale werktijd stand-by te zijn (beurtrol met collega’s) voor vragen en berichten van je collega chauffeurs die onderweg zijn.

· Regelmatig wisselende taken en last-minute wijzigingen zie je als een uitdaging.

· Je bent assertief en staat op je strepen wanneer nodig.

· Je beschikt over sterke planning skills en zoekt graag mee naar opportuniteiten om efficiëntie te winnen.
