Executar atividades de limpeza, higienização, conservação e organização dos ambientes da empresa, garantindo condições adequadas de higiene, segurança e bem-estar aos colaboradores e visitantes, além de prestar apoio às rotinas de serviços gerais. Principais atividades e responsabilidades

  1. Limpeza de áreas comuns: Realizar a limpeza e organização de salas, escritórios, corredores, recepção, copa, áreas de convivência e demais dependências da empresa.
  2. Higienização de banheiros: Executar a limpeza e desinfecção dos sanitários, incluindo vasos, pias, pisos e superfícies, realizando a reposição de papel higiênico, papel-toalha, sabonete e demais materiais de higiene.
  3. Limpeza de vidros e superfícies: Realizar a limpeza de portas, janelas, divisórias de vidro, móveis e demais superfícies, utilizando produtos e equipamentos adequados, respeitando as normas de segurança.
  4. Coleta e descarte de resíduos: Recolher, separar e descartar corretamente os resíduos produzidos nas dependências da empresa, seguindo as orientações de coleta seletiva e descarte adequado.
  5. Conservação dos ambientes: Zelar pela limpeza, organização e conservação das instalações, identificando e comunicando necessidades de manutenção ou reparos à gestão responsável.
  6. Preparação de café e organização da copa: Preparar e disponibilizar café e água para colaboradores e visitantes, mantendo a copa, os utensílios e os equipamentos limpos e organizados.
  7. Controle de materiais de limpeza: Monitorar o consumo e a disponibilidade de produtos de limpeza, higiene e materiais de copa, comunicando antecipadamente as necessidades de reposição.
  8. Apoio às atividades administrativas e operacionais: Auxiliar na organização de salas de reunião, preparação de ambientes para eventos internos e outras demandas relacionadas à conservação e organização da empresa.
  9. Atividades correlatas: Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza do cargo, conforme orientações da liderança imediata, respeitando as atribuições da função, as condições de segurança e a legislação trabalhista vigente. Requisitos:
  • Escolaridade: Ensino fundamental completo, desejável.
  • Experiência: Desejável experiência anterior em limpeza e conservação de ambientes corporativos.
  • Conhecimentos: Noções básicas de higienização, utilização de produtos de limpeza, organização de ambientes e descarte de resíduos.
