Se busca un abogado consultor con sólida formación jurídica y experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de brindar asesoramiento legal integral a nuestros clientes, tanto a nivel estratégico como operativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar y evaluar las necesidades legales de los clientes.
  • Elaborar informes jurídicos y dictámenes.
  • Asesorar en la negociación y redacción de contratos.
  • Representar a los clientes en negociaciones y mediaciones.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre la legislación vigente y jurisprudencia relevante.
  • Colaborar en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
