Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in (12–30 Stunden/Woche) arbeitest du eng mit unserem COO und unserer Business & Strategy Lead zusammen. Du übernimmst dabei eigenständig den Lead für LinkedIn und die Content-Erstellung für unsere Website und unterstützt darüber hinaus im Office Management und in der Assistenz. Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Marketing & Content

  • Eigenständige Erstellung neuer Website-Seiten
  • Selbstständiges Schreiben und Publizieren von Blogposts
  • Eigenständige Themenrecherche für Content-Formate
  • Verantwortung für den Content-Plan (in Abstimmung mit Business & Strategy Lead, COO und unserem SEO-Berater)
  • Lead für LinkedIn: eigenständige Themenrecherche, Erstellung von Posts und Visuals (z. B. mit Canva), Publishing
  • Sinnvoller Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung bei Recherche und Content-Erstellung

Assistenz & Office Management

  • Ablage, Terminkoordination und Vorbereitung von Rechnungen
  • Eigenständige Bestellung von Getränken sowie Kontrolle und rechtzeitige Nachbestellung von Office Supplies
  • Planung und Organisation von Team-Events

Dein Profil

Du bringst Leidenschaft für Content-Erstellung und Organisation mit? Perfekt! Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Studium (z. B. BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit LinkedIn/Content-Erstellung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben
  • Du behältst gerne den Überblick und packst organisatorische Themen proaktiv an
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut
  • Interesse an Legal Tech und Startups
