Das Ziel unserer rund 25 Eingliederungsberatenden ist der Arbeitsplatzerhalt von Menschen mit einer Leistungseinschränkung, die Erhaltung der Erwerbsfähigkeit sowie die berufliche Reintegration in den Arbeitsmarkt. Im Bereich Eingliederung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste, geduldige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude im Umgang mit Personen in unterschiedlichsten Lebenslagen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt versicherte Personen beim Erhalt des bisherigen Arbeitsplatzes oder bei der Suche nach einer angepassten Tätigkeit.
  • Du analysierst Situationen, planst und wendest zweckmässige Massnahmen zielorientiert an und setzt die Dienstleistungen der IV ein.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit internen und externen Partnern, u.a. auch bei interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen.
  • Du übernimmst eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der Fallführung und dokumentierst diese schriftlich.
  • Du pflegst dein Netzwerk mit Arbeitgebern und baust Kontakte stetig aus, um versicherte Personen erfolgreich in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über eine Berufsausbildung und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im HR/CM-Bereich in der Privatwirtschaft.
  • Du bringst gute Sozialversicherungskenntnisse mit sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Supported Employment, Case Management, Coaching oder HR.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit gesundheitlich beeinträchtigten Menschen und überzeugst durch Empathie sowie Beratungskompetenz.
  • Du verstehst es Prozesse zu gestalten und zu steuern und eine hohe Kundenorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du übernimmst gerne administrative Aufgaben, dein versierter Umgang mit MS-Office zeichnet dich aus und du bist auch gerne im Aussendienst unterwegs.
