  • Du erhältst Einblicke in die Aufgaben der IV\-Stelle Kanton Bern und erfährst, wie wir Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen unterstützen.
  • Du lernst unterschiedliche Teams und ihre Aufgaben kennen und erhältst einen vielseitigen Einblick in die Arbeit unserer Organisation.
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen, verarbeitest Dokumente und Daten und unterstützt administrative Abläufe.
  • Du stehst mit Kund:innen, Mitarbeitenden und weiteren Ansprechpersonen in Kontakt – persönlich, schriftlich und telefonisch.
  • Du nutzt digitale Anwendungen, koordinierst Aufgaben und lernst, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du besuchst die Real\- oder Sekundarschule, das 10\. Schuljahr oder hast deinen Schulabschluss bereits in der Tasche.
  • Du kannst dich mündlich und schriftlich gut ausdrücken und gehst freundlich auf deine Mitmenschen zu.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und packst gerne mit an.
  • Du arbeitest gerne am Computer und interessierst dich für administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben.
  • Du bist neugierig, motiviert und möchtest mehr über die IV\-Stelle Kanton Bern erfahren.

Benefits

Arbeitszeit: Jahresarbeitszeit (42 Stunden / Woche), Möglichkeit teilzeit als auch mobil zu arbeiten, bezahlte Pausen

Ferien: Jährlich mindestens 25 Tage Ferien, ab dem 45\. Altersjahr 28 Tage und ab dem 55\. Altersjahr 33 Tage. Möglichkeit von unbezahltem Urlaub

Lohn: Kantonales Lohnsystem, geschlechtsneutrale und nachvollziehbare Lohnpolitik. Voller Lohn während Elternurlaub, Militär, Zivilschutz sowie Zivildienst
