Area Manager \& Medical Consultant Care (80%) =============================================

En tant qu'Area Manager \& Medical Consultant Care, tu deviens un élément clé de notre équipe de vente pour les régions GE et VS. Dans ce rôle, tu seras directement responsable du chiffre d'affaires et des recettes dans ta zone et tu accompagneras activement nos groupes de clients EMS et Soins à domicile. Grâce à ton approche axée sur les résultats, ta détermination et ton esprit de conquête, tu sauras non seulement acquérir de nouveaux clients, mais aussi bâtir des relations solides et durables avec eux. Ton expertise en vente et ta capacité à réaliser des ventes croisées sur l'ensemble de notre gamme de produits IVF AG te permettront d'exploiter au mieux nos solutions numériques Hartmanneasy (Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf, Inventory). Tu as une affinité pour les solutions et outils numériques et collaboreras étroitement avec ton équipe pour contribuer à notre succès commun. Ton sens de l'organisation, ton efficacité et ta gestion optimale du temps te permettront de te distinguer dans ce rôle. De plus, ta maîtrise du français sera un atout précieux pour dispenser des formations à nos clients dans les domaines de l'incontinence, des plaies et des solutions numériques.

Tes atouts :

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans le domaine commercial, idéalement complétée par une formation continue dans la distribution ou le secteur de la santé, expérience dans les soins de longue durée appréciée
  • Expérience avérée dans la vente, avec un excellent sens commercial, un esprit de chasseur et un focus clair sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Maîtrise du français pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et animer des formations, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'allemand pour la communication interne.
  • orientation vers les performances et les objectifs, avec un grand sens des responsabilités en matière de chiffre d'affaires et une affinité marquée pour les solutions numériques.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps, avec une approche structurée et efficace dans ton travail.
