Buscamos un(a) líder de planta con experiencia en la industria química que quiera asumir el reto de liderar una planta en una etapa clave de evolución.

Más allá de administrar la operación diaria, buscamos a alguien capaz de impulsar una transformación organizacional, fortalecer una cultura basada en seguridad, calidad y desarrollo de talento, así como acompañar la evolución de una operación orientada a especialidades químicas y generación de valor.

Esta posición es ideal para una persona que combine excelencia operativa con liderazgo de personas, que disfrute desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y que tenga la capacidad de influir positivamente en la forma en que una organización trabaja, toma decisiones y crece.

Cómo se verá tu día

• Liderar las operaciones de manufactura asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, servicio, productividad y rentabilidad.

• Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de la planta alineada a los objetivos del negocio.

• Dirigir y desarrollar al equipo de liderazgo de la planta, promoviendo una cultura de accountability, colaboración y mejora continua.

• Impulsar iniciativas de excelencia operacional, productividad y optimización de costos.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.

• Liderar proyectos de inversión, expansión y mejora de capacidad.

• Gestionar indicadores clave de desempeño y asegurar la ejecución disciplinada de los planes de acción.

• Trabajar de manera cercana con áreas regionales y globales para asegurar la alineación de prioridades y la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos.

Promover una cultura donde la seguridad y la calidad tengan el mismo nivel de importancia que la producción.

• Identificar, desarrollar y preparar talento clave para asegurar la continuidad y sostenibilidad de la organización.

Lo que esperamos de ti

• Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

• Experiencia liderando operaciones de manufactura dentro de la industria química o industrias de procesos.

• Experiencia como Gerente de Planta o en posiciones de liderazgo senior con responsabilidad integral sobre manufactura.

• Experiencia en entornos de producción batch y operaciones de complejidad técnica relevante.

• Trayectoria demostrada liderando transformaciones organizacionales y culturales.

• Experiencia desarrollando equipos, líderes y planes de sucesión.

• Conocimiento sólido de seguridad industrial, seguridad de procesos y sistemas de gestión.

• Experiencia en calidad, cumplimiento regulatorio y mejora continua.

• Participación en proyectos CAPEX, expansión de capacidad u optimización de operaciones.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos matriciales y colaborar con equipos regionales y globales.

• Inglés profesional nivel intermedio-avanzado (conversacional).
