Sobre a oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil para atuar de forma integrada nas rotinas contábeis, fiscais e financeiras, garantindo a qualidade das informações, o cumprimento das obrigações legais e o acompanhamento dos processos junto à contabilidade terceirizada.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar e realizar os processos de faturamento, lançamentos e conferência de documentos fiscais, incluindo notas de entrada, serviços, devoluções, remessas, transportes e importações;
  • Acompanhar as obrigações fiscais e contábeis, incluindo obrigações acessórias, apuração e conferência de impostos e atualização das informações nos sistemas;
  • Realizar e acompanhar conciliações contábeis e bancárias, garantindo a consistência entre os saldos sistêmicos e bancários;
  • Apoiar o controle de contas a pagar e contas a receber, incluindo conferência e processamento de pagamentos, acompanhamento de recebimentos e cobrança de clientes inadimplentes;
  • Acompanhar a contabilidade terceirizada, fornecendo informações e documentos e garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e contábeis;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais, fluxo de caixa e demais controles financeiros.
  • Auxiliar no controle do ativo imobilizado, incluindo aquisições, baixas e depreciação;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas e processos de legalização da empresa;
  • Realizar e manter atualizados cadastros de fornecedores e produtos, além de apoiar parametrizações e controles no sistema Protheus/TOTVS;
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) quanto às alterações da legislação fiscal e contábil aplicáveis às atividades da empresa;
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na área contábil e/ou fiscal, com vivência em rotinas financeiras.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e informática.
  • Experiência com ERP TOTVS Protheus
  • Desejável inglês básico.
  • Boa comunicação, organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos.

  • Experiência em escritório contábil;
  • Vivência com fechamento contábil mensal;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e criação de dashboards;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial;
  • Conhecimento básico de tributos e obrigações acessórias;
  • Vivência em empresas multinacionais ou com reportes para matriz.
