Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du organisierst und führst Besichtigungen in unseren Wohnungsbeständen in der Region Stuttgart durch.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Vermietungsprozess von der Interessentenqualifizierung über Vertragsvorbereitung bis zur finalen Übergabe
  • Du pflegst und steuerst den Vermietungsprozess in unserem CRM-System und behältst alle laufenden Vorgänge jederzeit im Blick.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams, Eigentümern und Dienstleistern zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller vermietungsrelevanten Themen.

Das bist du

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und organisierst dich eigenständig.
  • Du hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität und gehst souverän mit digitalen Arbeitsstrukturen um.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
