  • Ensuring the voice of the child or young person is central to planning and decision-making
  • Supporting Social Workers with complex professional decisions
  • Chairing or contributing to complex case discussions and multi-agency meetings
  • Managing risk and ensuring appropriate escalation of safeguarding concerns
  • Reviewing and authorising assessments, plans, and statutory documentation
  • Monitoring workloads and caseloads to ensure safe and effective practice
  • Managing team performance against service standards, KPIs, and statutory timescales
  • Supporting quality assurance and case audit activity
  • Identifying learning and development needs within the team
  • Supporting newly qualified or less experienced practitioners
  • Promoting reflective, strengths-based, and child-centred practice
  • Working closely with health, education, SEND, housing, adult social care, and other partner agencies
  • Supporting children and young people with disabilities or complex needs
  • Managing complaints, escalations, and complex family situations
  • Contributing to service improvement and transformation activity
  • Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and staff development
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, statutory guidance, Council policies, and Social Work England standards

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
