The posting

Contract to start ASAP until 24-09-27 with a possible extension.

Job Purpose

The Payroll, Pensions and HR Administrator will provide accurate and efficient administrative support across payroll, pensions and human resources functions.

The role involves maintaining employee records, processing payroll and pension information, responding to employee queries, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant legislation, policies and Council procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR colleagues, payroll teams, pension providers and employees to ensure timely and accurate processing of people-related information.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll information accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Maintain and update employee records, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, sickness, leave and salary adjustments.

Administer pension-related activities, including enrolments, opt-outs, changes and employee queries.

Ensure payroll and pension records are accurate and appropriately maintained.

Process statutory and contractual payments and deductions, including tax, National Insurance and pension contributions.

Assist with payroll reconc

Must Have experience with SAP and Oracle
