Beskrivning av tjänsten

Som projektledare kommer du att:

  • Leda hela värdekedjan från behovs- och nulägesanalys till kravspecifikation och implementering av digitala lösningar.
  • Driva förändringsarbete och införa nya arbetssätt hos kund.
  • Vägleda kunden i både projektfaser och löpande verksamhet för att säkerställa långsiktiga förbättringar inom process och system

Exempel på uppdrag: Genomföra en förstudie för att kartlägga behov inför systemimplementation. Vara projektledare vid ERP-implementering, exempelvis SAP/Dynamics eller motsvarande.

Du förväntas även:

  • Bygga och vårda ditt affärsnätverk.
  • Identifiera och driva nya affärsmöjligheter.
  • Sälja vårt kompletta erbjudande till både nya och befintliga kunde

Vem är du?

  • Fem till tio års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
  • Mångårig erfarenhet som konsult inom IT och digitalisering
  • Mångårig erfarenhet som projektledare inom samtliga faser av ett projekt
  • Domänkunskap inom ERP- och/eller verksamhetsrelaterade processer
  • Systemspecifika kunskaper inom SAP eller annat likvärdigt ERP system
  • Erfarenhet av en eller flera projektmetodiker samt hantering av intressenter
  • Vilja att vara med och bygga upp ett nytt konsultbolag
  • Ambition att utveckla iwow:s tjänster och förmåga att hitta nya försäljningsmöjligheter samt kommunicera dessa med kunder

Som person ser vi att du är initiativtagande, inkluderande, engagerad och självgående. Vi ser också att du har mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och behärska svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift. Du trivs i en föränderlig miljö där du har möjlighet att påverka. Att utforska nya innovativa lösningar och arbetsmetoder, med ett öppet sinne för nya intryck, är en självklarhet för dig. Du känner att en bra dag är en dag när du lärt dig något nytt.
