The posting

Als LLM en Agentic AI Engineer werk je in het AI team van Ixor. Bij Ixor bouwen we software die het verschil maakt, van het Vlaams Verkeerscentrum tot slimme energiebeheerders. We zijn volop bezig met AI-toepassingen op maat en zoeken een developer met enkele jaren ervaring die mee wil groeien in het agentic AI-tijdperk.

Je werkt in een klein, ervaren team aan concrete AI-producten: van prompt engineering en RAG-pipelines tot autonome agents die zelfstandig taken uitvoeren. Je bouwt niet alleen slimme modellen in, maar ook de robuuste Java, NodeJs of Python-backend en cloud-infrastructuur errond.

Zo bieden we jou voldoende afwisseling en de perfecte plek om je kennis toe te passen:

  • Ontwikkel AI-systemen van concept tot productie
  • Integreer LLM-modellen (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, ...)
  • Vertaal klantproblemen naar de juiste technologische keuzes: RAG, multi-agent architecturen, fine-tuning, ...
  • Ontwerp en beheer cloud infrastructuur op AWS of Azure
  • Schrijf robuuste, testbare code en neem deel aan code reviews
  • Denk mee over architectuurkeuzes samen met senior developers
  • Leer snel bij en deel kennis via interne tech talks en onze jaarlijkse workation

Jouw profiel

  • Master in informatica, computerwetenschappen,toegepaste informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een passie voor technologie, gecombineerd met een sterke drang om bij te leren
  • Ervaring met Python of Typescript
  • Nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen in AI, en praktijkervaring met LLMs of agentic AI
  • Basiskennis van cloud platforms (AWS of Azure), certifications zijn een plus, geen vereiste
  • Kennis van Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Je hebt ervaring met frameworks zoals LangGraph, AutoGen, …
  • Je werkt graag in een klein team waar je snel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt
  • Perfecte communicatie in het Nederlands; Engels is de voertaal voor technische documentatie
