Amata mērķis:

Koordinēt administratīvo darbu ministrijā, sniedzot atbalstu valsts sekretāram, nodrošināt atbalsta funkciju īstenošanu ministrijā, tostarp organizēt juridisko darbu ministrijā, organizēt un pārraudzīt ministrijai paredzēto materiālo un finanšu resursu lietderīgu un racionālu izlietošanu, organizēt ministrijas resora dalību valsts pārvaldes modernizācijas procesos, organizēt Valsts civilās aizsardzības plāna īstenošanu ministrijas kompetences ietvaros, nodrošināt kvalitātes un risku vadības funkciju ministrijā.

Jūsu galvenie amata pienākumi:

  • Plānot, vadīt un organizēt sev tiešā padotībā esošo struktūrvienību darbu, nodrošināt to mērķu definēšanu un izpildes kontroli atbilstoši valdības deklarācijā un ministrijas darba plānā noteiktajām prioritātēm.
  • Atbildēt par finanšu plānošanas un uzraudzības, juridisko, t.sk. iepirkumu, un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas, civilās aizsardzības, kvalitātes un risku vadības, dokumentu pārvaldības un nodrošinājuma funkcijām;
  • Piedalīties nozares politikas izstrādē un attīstības prioritāšu, sasniedzamo rezultātu un plānotā finansējuma definēšanā, tostarp izvērtējot ministrijas kompetencē esošo procesu efektivitāti, risku analīzi, kvalitātes rādītājus un iesniedzot informāciju un ieteikumus datos balstītu lēmumu pieņemšanai;
  • Nodrošināt ministrijas un tās padotībā esošo iestāžu izstrādāto attīstības plānošanas dokumentu, informatīvo ziņojumu, Ministru kabineta rīkojumu un tiesību aktu projektu papildus t
