The family resides primarily on the East Coast and visits their Colorado estate approximately 4–5 times per year. They are seeking a trustworthy, proactive, and versatile couple who will take pride in maintaining the property year-round, preparing for family visits, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly while the family is in residence.

Position Details

Private Living Accommodations
The selected couple will enjoy a spacious, separate four-bedroom residence located on the estate, featuring:
- Four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom
- Comfortable living room
- Full kitchen
- Convenient access to the main residence and property
On occasion, the couple may be asked to share their residence with visiting guests if the main house reaches capacity. The family will coordinate these arrangements as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Estate & Property Management
The Domestic Couple will work together to ensure the estate remains beautifully maintained, organized, and ready for the family's arrival at any time.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the general care and upkeep of the main residence and surrounding property
- Performing routine inspections and identifying maintenance needs
- Handling general handyman tasks and minor repairs
- Coordinating specialized contractors for projects requiring licensed or professional tradespeople
- Managing outside vendors, service providers, and scheduled maintenance
- Maintaining indoor and outdoor areas to a consistently high standard
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become larger problems
- Helping maintain the family's four vehicles, including cleanliness, routine servicing, and general oversight
- Assisting with property-related shopping, errands, and supply management
The family values individuals who are comfortable rolling up their sleeves and taking a hands-on approach while also knowing when to bring in qualified outside professionals.
Housekeeping & Household Care
Responsibilities will include:
- General housekeeping and detailed cleaning throughout the residence
- Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Laundry, ironing, and appropriate garment care
- Organizing household supplies, linens, and storage areas
- Keeping the kitchen and other frequently used areas clean and orderly
- Preparing guest rooms and living spaces before family arrivals
- Completing thorough cleaning and household resets following departures
Cooking & Kitchen Support
While professional culinary experience is not required, a couple with comfortable home-cooking skills would be a wonderful bonus.
The family enjoys simple, fresh, healthy meals prepared with clean ingredients and a variety of familiar cuisines. They would appreciate someone who can follow existing family recipes and prepare uncomplicated, enjoyable meals.

Before Family Arrivals
- Prepare the main residence and guest accommodations
- Ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned, stocked, and welcoming
- Coordinate necessary vendors and service providers
- Confirm vehicles and property amenities are ready for use
During Family Visits
- Provide attentive household support and general hospitality
- Assist with meal preparation, service, and household needs
- Support entertaining, dinner parties, and special occasions
- Coordinate catering companies and other event vendors
- Assist with table service and guest-related requests
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and welcoming presence
Following Family Departures
- Complete thorough post-visit cleaning
- Launder linens and towels and restore guest accommodations
- Reorganize and restock the residence
- Return the estate to its normal maintenance routine
