Tööülesanded: - Seirata õppijate toimetulekut ja vajadust erisuste järele; - koordineerida hariduslike erivajadustega õppijate märkamist, toetamist ja vajalike tugimeetmete rakendamist; - nõustada ja toetada õpetajaid õppijate individuaalsete vajadustega arvestamisel ning vajalike tugimeetmete hindamisel ja rakendamisel; - nõustada õppijaid individuaalse õpitee kujundamisel; - teha koostööd õppijate, õpetajate, tugispetsialistide, juhtkonna ja lapsevanematega; - korraldada koostööd kooliväliste spetsialistide ja partneritega; - täita ja koordineerida HEV dokumentatsiooni täitmist; - nõustada õpetajaid HEV dokumentatsiooni täitmisel; - täita ja vahendada EHIS-s tugimeetmetega seotud teavet; - korraldada õpetajatele HEV-temaatika ja andragoogika alaseid koolitusi; - panustada kogu kooli hõlmava toetava ja kaasava õpikeskkonna arendamisse.
