Vill du vara med och driva en av Sveriges gränshandelsbutiker? ICA Nära Jäckvik ligger mitt i fjällvärlden och är en naturlig mötesplats för både bybor, fritidsboende och besökare året runt. Eftersom vi ligger nära norska gränsen är majoriteten av våra kunder från Norge. Nu söker vi en butikschef som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team och hjälpa oss att fortsätta utveckla butiken. Om tjänsten Som butikschef arbetar du nära både kunder och medarbetare. Du leder det dagliga arbetet i butiken, finns med ute på golvet och ser till att verksamheten flyter på. Tillsammans med handlaren ansvarar du för butikens drift och blir ett viktigt stöd i både det operativa arbetet och personalfrågor. Tjänsten innebär bland annat att: Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet i butiken. Vara ett stöd för personalen och bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Säkerställa att butiken är välfylld, inspirerande och redo för våra kunder. Avlasta handlaren i det dagliga arbetet och vara delaktig i butikens fortsatta utveckling.

Vi söker dig som Är en naturlig ledare och tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med människor. Trivs i butiksmiljö och gillar ett högt tempo. Har erfarenhet av livsmedelsbutik och ledarskap i livsmedelsbutik. Erfarenhet av drift- och personalansvar är högst meriterande. Högst meriterande är att du arbetat på ICA tidigare och kan butikssystem såsom MinButik, AOB osv. Är lösningsorienterad, ansvarstagande och ser vad som behöver göras.

Vi erbjuder En tillsvidareanställning på 100 %. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse, gärna omgående. Lön enligt överenskommelse. Möjlighet att vara med och utveckla en butik med stark lokal förankring och många besökare året runt. Ett varierande arbete där ingen dag är den andra lik.
