Prasības pretendentiem:

• maģistra grāds vai augstākā pedagoģiskā izglītība;

• valsts valodas prasmes augstākajā līmenī;

• vismaz 3 gadu pedagoģiskā pieredze audzināšanas jomā, satura un metodikas pārzināšana;

• vēlama pieredze izglītības iestādē metodiskā darba plānošanā, koordinēšanā vai organizēšanā;

• labas sadarbības, komunikācijas un organizatoriskās prasmes;

• prasme analizēt mācību procesu un sniegt atbalstu profesionālai izaugsmei kolēģiem;

• vēlme mācīties, dalīties ar pieredzi un veicināt inovācijas;

• iespēja veltīt izglītības metodiķa darbam vienu dienu nedēļā.

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

1. koordinēt mācību jomas skolotāju darbu novada līmenī;

2. veidot sadarbību ar valsts metodiķiem konkrētu uzdevumu veikšanā vai profesionālajā pilnveidē, veidot un īstenot darba plānu;

3. apzināt un aktualizēt pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides vajadzības un piedāvāt mērķtiecīgu profesionālo pilnveidi pašvaldībā nodarbinātajiem pedagogiem;

4. apkopot pieejamos datus par mācību procesa kvalitāti un nepieciešamo atbalstu, sniegt atgriezenisko saiti, ieteikumus mācību satura un īstenošanas pilnveidei;

5. nodrošināt profesionālu atbalstu izglītības iestādēm mācību procesa pilnveidei, t.sk. nepieciešamības gadījumā piedalīties
