Jēkabpils novada pašvaldība (reģistrācijas numurs 90000024205) izsludina konkursu uz Jēkabpils novada Kultūras pārvaldes direktora amatu (uz nenoteiktu laiku)

Direktora galvenie amata pienākumi:

1. Plānot, organizēt un nodrošināt Iestādes “Jēkabpils novada Kultūras pārvalde” (turpmāk – iestāde) funkciju un uzdevumu pildīšanu;

2. Vadīt iestādes administratīvo darbu, nodrošinot tā nepārtrauktību, lietderību un tiesiskumu;

3. Pārvaldīt iestādes finanšu un citus resursus, rīkoties ar iestādes rīcībā esošajiem finanšu līdzekļiem un mantu lietderīgi un likumīgi;

4. Izstrādāt un ieviest Jēkabpils novada kultūras piedāvājuma koncepciju;

5. Plānot kultūras pasākumus dažādām sabiedrības grupām kultūras, mākslas, tautas jaunrades jomās un nodrošināt to īstenošanu;

6. Nodrošināt vietēja, valsts un starptautiska mēroga pasākumu sagatavošanu un norisi, finansējuma piesaisti;

7. Attīstīt daudzveidīgu un plašu kultūras pakalpojumu klāstu Jēkabpils novadā, nodrošinot iedzīvotājiem kultūras līdzdalības un brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas;

8. Noteikt iestādes amatpersonu un darbinieku pienākumus, kā arī atlīdzību, pieņemt darbā un atlaist no darba iestādes darbiniekus;

9. Pieņemt lēmumus un to izpildu dokumentus, par iestādes kompetencē esošajiem jautājumiem;

10. Pārstāvēt iestādi valsts un pašvaldību institūcijās, tiesā un attiecībās ar privātpersonām un uzņēmējiem;

11. Nodrošināt iestādes veikto publisko iepirkumu tiesiskumu;

12. Veikt citus pienākumus, kas paredzēti spēkā esošajos normatīvajos aktos, domes lēmumos.

Prasības pretendentiem:

1. Otrā līmeņa augstākā izglītība sociālo zinātņu vai kultūras jomā;

2. Pieredze vadošā amatā ar kultūras jomu saistītā iestādē vai līdzīga rakstura organizatoriskā un radošā pieredze;
