Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar processos de recrutamento e seleção, garantindo a atração de talentos.
  • Gerenciar processos de integração e treinamento de novos colaboradores.
  • Atuar na administração de pessoal, benefícios e ponto eletrônico, quando necessário.
  • Desenvolver e implementar políticas de Recursos Humanos alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa.
  • Prestar suporte aos departamentos da empresa.
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e saudável.

Requisitos:

  • Formação acadêmica em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada na área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Domínio em ferramentas de recrutamento e seleção.
  • Habilidade em conduzir entrevistas e aplicar testes de seleção.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de treinamento e desenvolvimento.
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e normas internas.

Competências Necessárias:

  • Organização: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e manter um ambiente de trabalho estruturado.
  • Proatividade: Iniciativa para identificar e resolver problemas antes que se tornem críticos.
  • Comunicação Eficaz: Habilidade para se comunicar claramente com diferentes públicos, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito.
