O Vendedor de Plantas Ornamentais é responsável por atender clientes, realizar vendas de plantas ornamentais, prestar informações sobre os produtos, manter a organização do espaço de vendas e contribuir para o alcance das metas da empresa. Este profissional deve possuir conhecimento sobre plantas, habilidades de comunicação e negociação, além de ser proativo e ter iniciativa.

  • Atender clientes de forma cordial e atenciosa, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo as plantas ornamentais mais adequadas.
  • Realizar a venda de plantas ornamentais, explicando suas características, cuidados necessários e formas de cultivo.
  • Prestar informações sobre os produtos disponíveis, como espécies de plantas, tamanhos, cores e preços.
  • Manter a organização do espaço de vendas, garantindo que as plantas estejam bem dispostas e em bom estado de conservação.
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas de vendas da empresa, buscando sempre aumentar o volume de vendas e a satisfação dos clientes.
  • Realizar o pós-venda, acompanhando a entrega das plantas ornamentais e garantindo a satisfação do cliente.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa, buscando aprimorar seus conhecimentos sobre plantas ornamentais e técnicas de vendas.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do mercado de plantas ornamentais, buscando sempre oferecer produtos inovadores e de qualidade aos clientes.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de vendas, compartilhando experiências e sugestões para melhorar o desempenho do setor.
