Das vielseitige Sozialunternehmen beschäftigt rund 330 Mitarbeitende und verbindet Angebote für Wohnen, Tagesgestaltung, Ausbildung und berufliche Integration mit Produktion, Dienstleistungen, Rehatechnik und Gastronomie. Ab Januar 2027 werden die Betriebe in einer AG geführt. Mit dieser neuen Struktur und einem anstehenden Bauprojekt stehen spannende Aufgaben bevor. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als \\Bereichsleiter:in Finanzen \\\& Controlling\\ \\Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung\\ Direkt dem Geschäftsführer unterstellt, übernehmen Sie die finanzielle Führung und gestalten die Entwicklung der iwaz aktiv mit. Wesentliche Aufgaben bearbeiten Sie selbst, unterstützt von zwei Fachmitarbeiterinnen in der Buchhaltung. Sie erstellen Zwischen\\- und revisionsfertige Jahresabschlüsse und verantworten die Budgetierung in Abstimmung mit den Budgetverantwortlichen und dem Finanzausschuss, Finanz\\- und Liquiditätsplanung, Forecasts sowie MWST\\- und Leistungsvertragsabrechnungen. Mit Berichten und Kennzahlen schaffen Sie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Stiftungsrat. Sie sind Ansprechperson für Behörden und Revision, begleiten das Bauprojekt finanziell, optimieren Abläufe, entwickeln die Nutzung von Abacus weiter und bauen das Reporting auf. Sie verfügen über eine höhere Aus\\- oder Weiterbildung im Finanz\\- und Rechnungswesen sowie mehrjährige Berufs\\- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Sie sind bilanz\\- und abschlusssicher, kennen Abacus und Excel sehr gut und haben Freude an digitalen Lösungen. Erfahrung im Sozial\\- und Gesundheitswesen sowie Kenntnisse von ASBB, HILO und BESA sind von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten selbständig, packen an und begleiten Veränderungen pragmatisch.
