Die Spitex Nidwalden in Stans ist die öffentliche Spitex\-Organisation im Kanton. Der lebhafte und sehr gut organisierte Betrieb mit rund 160 Mitarbeitenden versorgt Klientinnen und Klienten im ganzen Kanton. Qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen, respektvoller Umgang mit den zu betreuenden Menschen sowie eine herzliche und professionelle Teamkultur untereinander sind wichtige Pfeiler im Betrieb. In ihrem Auftrag suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich überzeugende

Führungsperson aus dem Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit übergeordnetem Prozessverständnis (als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und Stellvertretung der Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsleitung)

Sie sind in dieser spannenden Funktion einerseits verantwortlich für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen inkl. Jahresabschluss, Budget und Reporting, mit 2 Teilzeit\-Mitarbeitenden. Andererseits führen Sie die Administration (inkl. IT), wobei Sie auch dort von einem schlagkräftigen Team unterstützt werden. Sie führen die Finanzen, entwickeln das Controlling und die administrativen Prozesse weiter und schaffen so Transparenz und optimierte Abläufe. Als gesamtheitlich denkende und handelnde Person bringen Sie sich proaktiv in die Geschäftsleitung ein und tragen so zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung des Betriebes bei.

Basis ist Ihre fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (inkl. mehrjährige Abschlusssicherheit). Führungskompetenzen und ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis in der Administration sind relevant, ideal aus einer ähnlich gelagerten Tätigkeit; Branchenerfahrung ist dabei kein Muss. Sie verfügen dazu über eine entsprechende Aus\- und Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (Betriebswirtschafter:in FH/HF, Experte:in in Rechnungslegung \& Controlling, Treuhandexperte:in, Fachausweis Buchhaltung / Treuhand, o.ä.). Persönlich sind Sie integer, offen und empathisch. Sie pflegen einen partizipativen Umgang innerhalb der GL, fördern und unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeitenden und bringen sich in der Führung mit Ihrer Klarheit und Zielorientierung optimal ein. Sehr gute ERP\- und Excel\-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
